Richards gets new start, goes to Dallas in 5-player deal

The Tampa Bay Lightning is trading one of its top players, center Brad Richards, and goalie Johan Holmqvist to the Dallas Stars for goalie Mike Smith, center Jeff Halpern and forward Jussi Jokinen.
